MURO - VINE STREET

An office refurbishment for Crosstree Real Estate.  Located on the site of a section of Roman Wall on Vine Street near Tower Hill.

The project includes the refurbishment of a 3,000 sq ft ground floor reception space and 5,000 sqft speculative office space on the 6th floor with more floors to follow.

The focus of this project was to ‘curate’ a design which would work with the existing condition.  Our aim was to minimise wastage and with a new vision, begin to sculpt the necessary space.

The existing reception space contained a change in level, messy lighting layout, mis-match materials.  We proposed to delineate the space into a cafe space alongside a traditional reception area.  The cafe can also function as an informal meeting or workspace, making it an extension of the office spaces above. Making the reception a more attractive space to spend time both activates the street frontage and provides a useful asset for the offices above.
