Our unconventional palette at Rathbone Street had its doubters! The mock-up was a great opportunity to make final adjustments and validate the choices we had made as a team.
CGIs and videos are greatbut nothing beats seeing the project in real life, and making a mock-up allows us to test different configurations and make final adjustments to the building before it’s completed.
Once complete, it can remain in place and act as a benchmark for the rest of the installation. It’s an important process for controlling the quality and it allows us to test that the design is performing as intended.
