Revealing the Character of This Exciting Project

We’re here at 15 Rathbone Street — a five-storey building tucked into the heart of Fitzrovia’s conservation area. It’s a neighbourhood known for its mix of historic charm and modern energy, with a strong blend of offices, bars, cafés and restaurants all within walking distance.
For this project, we took the space back to its bones. By stripping away later additions, we were able to highlight the building’s original materiality and structure — letting its character speak for itself.
The result is an office floor that feels rooted in place. With generous natural light, custom joinery, and a strong connection to the local context, the finished space balances practicality with personality.
